What is a floating chat widget?

Where can the widget run?
On any website, including GoHighLevel funnels and sites, with one small script tag, and inside GoHighLevel itself through the loader you installed for your theme.
Can it embed our own GoHighLevel intake form?
Yes. The form widget can show a short built-in form or embed your own GoHighLevel, Typeform, Jotform or Google form in a panel, drawer or modal.
Can the call button show only during office hours?
Yes. Set your opening hours and mark channels such as calls as hours-only. Outside those hours the widget shows an away message instead, which suits firms that route evenings to an AI receptionist.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Panels and drawers can go full screen on phones, and you can keep the launcher, shrink it or hide it on mobile. Use the phone button in the preview to check.
Where do built-in form responses go?
Senior Partner sends widget leads into GoHighLevel; responses can also go to a webhook or email inbox.
Will it clash with our existing GoHighLevel chat widget?
They can coexist, but two launchers in one corner is cluttered. Many firms either place the floating widget on the opposite side or use the multi-tab widget to put chat, form and reviews behind one launcher.
