What is GHL dashboard customization?
GHL dashboard customization restyles the sub-account home screen: cards, charts, numbers, top bar and background, plus a welcome banner. The data and widgets stay GoHighLevel's own; only their presentation changes, so reports still match what the team sees elsewhere.
For a firm, that means the morning view can show the same intake numbers in a quieter, branded layout. Chart colors follow stage position, so a pipeline with stages like Inquiry, Conflict check, Consultation and Retained colors itself correctly.

Which GoHighLevel dashboard does the design change?

How many dashboard designs are there?

Does it change the widgets or the numbers?
No. Only how the dashboard looks. The widgets, their data and GoHighLevel's own dashboard settings stay exactly as they are.
Will chart colors work with our own intake pipeline?
Yes. Colors are assigned by position: the first status or stage gets the first color, the next gets the second, and so on. Any pipeline with any number of stages is covered without naming them.
What does the welcome banner show?
A greeting with the signed-in user's first name, the sub-account name, the date, a live clock and quick links to contacts, conversations, calendar and opportunities. You can change the wording and switch the clock and links off.
Can we use a photo of our own city or office?
Yes. Photo designs let you upload an image or paste a link, with a shade setting so the text on top stays readable.
Does the dashboard design work with any theme?
Yes. It sits on top of your theme, so the sidebar and header keep their look. Use the Sidebar chips in the preview to see combinations.
